Shimla
Shimla is a city in Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in the north - west Himalayas, and is the capital of Himachal Pradesh in north India. Hill station Shimla is worth visit in the off season when it is less crowed with the tourists and also in the off season most hotels give "off season discount" which ranges from 20 - 25 % of room rent.
 





 





 






 



 

Manali
Manali is an important hill station of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated in the central part of Himachal Pradesh. Manali is located at an altitude of 2050 m above sea level. Manali is surrounded by towering peaks at an arm length and is famous for its proximity to snowline. Manali has a flourishing orchard industry which is well known for trekking. Also it is an excellent place for a holiday.
 
Dalhousie
Dalhousie is in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. It is built on five hills Kathlog, Potreyn, Tehra, Bakrota and Balun. It's a very beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh. It is surrounded by the beautiful scenery oh snow - capped peaks. It was established in 1854 by the British Empire in India as summer retreat for its troops and bureaucrats
 
Nalagarh
Nalagarh is at a distance of seven-hour drive from Delhi and is considered to be the gateway to Himachal Pradesh. The Nalagarh Fort is situated near the Shivalik Hills near the base of the Himalayas.
 
Mcleod Ganj
Mcleod ganjwas established in the mid-1850s as a british garrison, it was the home of the seminomadic Gaddi tribe. There is still a sizeable number of Gaddi families in the villages around Mcleod Ganj.
 
Palampur
Palampur also known as the 'Tea Capital of North India,' is a popular hill station because it is not only known for its scenic beauty but also for the beautiful temples and buildings built in the Colonial period.
 
Dharamshala
Dharamsala, popularly known as the ‘Queen of the Hills’, is divided into lower and upper towns with a difference of 457m(1500ft.) between them. The mountains enfold 3 sides of the town and the valley stretches to the south.
 
Kasauli
77-km from Shimla and 35-km from Kalka, at 1,927m, Kasauli is a quaint little town that seems to exist in a time wrap of an era that reminds one of the 19th century. Its colonial ambience is reinforced by cobbled paths, quaint shops, gabled houses with charming facades and scores of neat little gardens and orchards.
